Devices that are unopened and in original condition may returned for any reason within 60 days for a refund. All refunds will be for the original purchase price, minus shipping costs and minus a 15% restocking fee.

to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard time. At the time you request a RMA number, we will provide you further instructions regarding shipping the product back to us.
